WEEK 8 UPDATE

We made a lot of progress and consideration for our design for this week's update from the feedback we received at the last meeting. We looked at different pipe types for our pump and filter subsystems to use and ways to reduce the time to desalinate water. For the solar and battery subsystem, we considered different approaches in applying a sun tracker or adjusting the tilt angle of the solar panel. We also looked at additional components such as the charge controller and inverter. For the coming weeks, we will continue to work on finalizing our design to make sure that everything works according to our plan. Also, to prepare for the upcoming CDR presentation.
